TURLOCK YOUTH FOOTBALL IS OFFERING AN EARLY BIRD SIGN UP RATE!!!!

EARLY BIRD SIGN UP DATES: LAST ONE!!!!: APRIL 6TH

LOCATION: PIZZA FACTORY, LOCATED AT 1050 W MONTE VISTA AVE IN TURLOCK. RIGHT ACCROSS FROM CSUS IN THE RITE AID PARKING LOT.

TIME: 6 TO 8 PM

COME IN THROUGH THE MAIN ENTRANCE. SIGNS UP WILL BE GOING ON IN THE CONFERENCE ROOM.

Special note to TYF veteran players: If you are a veteran Viking or Niner, be sure to sign up early, and tell your friends about the special!

What to bring to Sign Ups: Bring at least one legal parent or guardian and the player signing up. That is all for now. Later, after conditioning camp, you will be asked for a copy of a birth certificate, and your player's latest report card.

2010 SEASON IMPORTANT DATES

Sign-up/ Registration Dates: First Tuesday of each Month from 6-8 pm at the Pizza Factory

(Located at 1050 W. Monte Vista Ave. Across from CSUS in the Rite Aid parking)

Tues - February 2nd* Tues - March 2nd* Tues - April 6th*

Tues - May 4th Tues - June 1st Tues - July 6th

Ages and Grades welcomed:

Ages 7 thru 14 (1st - 8th grades). Players age is determined by their age on August 1st.

Sign-up Fee’s: If you register your child at sign-up dates in February thru April the total fee is $125 for the first child and $100 for any additional children. If you register after May 1st, the fee will be $150 for the first child and $125 for any additional children. Sign-up fee's cover insurance and equipment for the season.

Payment Plan: If you wish to lock in the $125.00 fee at the early sign-ups you may put $75 down and pay the remaining balance by conditioning camp. If you are signing up more than 1 player, you can put $50.00 down for each player instead of the $75.00. After May 1st the full payment is due at sign-ups.

Cash, money orders and checks made to Turlock Youth Football are acceptable. A $50.00 fee will apply for any bounced checks.

There will be no refunds.

Parent Meeting & Late Sign-up: Thursday July 15th @ 6pm

Performing Arts Building at Turlock High School

Sports Physicals: Saturday July 17th

Where: Dr. Goel’s office on the corner of Delbon and Colorado. Next to Emanuel.

Times: Rookies- 8:00am Pee-Wee – 8:30am J.V.- 9:30am

Varsity- 10:00am

Fee: There is a $20.00 fee for the physical. If you obtain a sports physical clearance from your own doctor, it must be turned in prior to beginning conditioning camp.

Mandatory Annual Conditioning Camp:

When: Monday July 19th - Thursday July 22nd. Each player must attend a minimum of 3 days!

Time: 5pm to 7pm

Where: Turlock High School Gymnasium
